Mountain Ridge Adventure is proud to boast as the ONLY 4.9 Google-rated adventure park in upstate New York!

Located only 30 minutes from Albany and Saratoga, in New York’s Capital Region and just 15 minutes from downtown Schenectady.

Opened in 2016, the theme park is proudly family run and has both an aerial adventure park AND a separate Zip Line Park, giving guests a choice of adventure.

The aerial adventure park is a treetop challenge course (also known as a high ropes course) in the trees and includes climbing and combinations of zip lines, challenge bridges and high ropes obstacles. Boasted by many as the best adventure park in the United State, Mountain Ridge Adventure offers some of the most unique obstacles in the world, including a teeter tottering grand piano 50’ in the air, a human-sized “Slinky” and everyone’s favorite, a dining room set swinging high up in the trees. 

The zip line park includes a self-guided 10-zip line canopy-tour over a 500’ gorge.

Unique in its approach and probably what contributes to being a 4.9 rated Google Adventure Park, Mountain Ridge Adventure focuses on individual accomplishment and encouragement. Even before COVID-19, we limited participants on the park in order to create the best outdoor recreation experience mitigating traffic in the trees and providing a different experience unfound at other outdoor activities.
