Safety is of utmost priority for our guests which is why Mountain Ridge Adventure was built using the most advanced requirements for challenge course and zip line parks by Absolutely Experiential, an accredited ACCT (Association of Challenge Course Technology) vendor.

We also utilize the SmartSnap safety device. SmartSnap provides 100% attachment at all times. Unlike simple carabiners or lobster claw-like devices, a SmartSnap device cannot be unattached while up in the trees making Mountain Ridge Adventure one of the safest courses in upstate New York.

We also require our guests to wear a safety helmet. Although wearing a safety helmet is not a legal requirement and is an expensive piece of equipment, Mountain Ridge Adventure knows the investment is worth it for our clientele.
